Let me break down this goal using SMART framework.


S = Specific – You want to lose weight

A = Achievable – You can lose 5 Kg in 3 months

R = Relevant – Exercising 3 times a week and following a balanced diet

T = Time bound – In 3 months


Using the SMART framework helps you set clear, attainable, and motivating fitness goals, which increases your likelihood of success and satisfaction with your fitness journey. 2. Create a realistic plan
